A: If you didn't receive your conformation email first check your spam or junk mail folder for it. Some spam filters will put it there because it's a auto generated email from the youpride.com server. If you are an AOL user you may not get the conformation email at all. If you never get the email please contact us with your username and we will activate your account.

Q: How come I get the error "You are not an active member." when I am an active member?

A: If you add new pictures, sounds, or video to your profile your account is set to "Approval" mode. All this mean is that we need to approve your new pic, sound, or video file. This usually only take a few mins to a few hours at most.
